230g castor sugar (scant ¾ cup)
150g SR flour (1 large heaped cup)
¾ cup unsalted peanuts
Cream butter and sugar.
Add egg and beat.
Fold in flour and peanuts.
Cook at 150 for 10-15 mins. They should be brown only around the edges.
