1 onion finely chopped and fried with
1/2 cup passata
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup rice malt syrup
2tbsp vinegar
1tbsp smoked paprika
2 tsp Dijon mustard
Finely chop onion and fry until softened, about 5 mins
Add 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped and fry until fragrant, 1 minute
Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 10-15 minutes
